Note: We found that it's better for conversation to display few options with a Multiple Choice, so users can see all the available options on first-sight. You might lose valuable conversions when you hide too many options in a drop-down menu. Sometimes, however, select is exactly what you need.

Our select block equips you with a classic drop-down menu where you can offer a larger number of options, if needed.

Adding the select block

  1. Go to the blocks section and drag and drop the select block into your heyflow

  2. Add the options you would like to show in the drop-down menu

  3. Add a system label to make sure you are processing the data in a meaningful way

  4. Now publish your heyflow and you’re good to go!

You can drag and drop the different options if you want to change the order of the options or simply choose to sort the different options alphabetically. A preselected option could also be a good idea, if your users are likely to have one favourite option.
