Launching high-performing recruiting ads has never been easier. With AI Campaigns in Heyflow, you can generate engaging Ad creatives and compelling Ad copy tailored to your job posting and target audience in just a few clicks.

This article will walk you through every step to get your AI-generated ad live - fast, on-brand, and ready to convert. Create your AI Campaign in only a few steps:

Step 1: Creating Your Prompt

On the first screen, you’ll need to provide key details for your ad campaign. Here are a few steps to follow when writing a prompt that will enable the AI Campaigns to generate the best ads and Heyflow for you:

  1. Choose your setup

Choose one of the three setups (i.e., quick, core, full) below the text input field. Our setups are built to structure the information required by AI and optimize the accuracy and overall quality of the generated Ad and Heyflow funnel.

  2. Fill in Template Prompt (required)
Fill out the templates with the job details (e.g., role description, benefits, required qualifications). Make sure to always provide the job title and the job location you want to appear in the Ad as well as in the Heyflow funnel. You can type your input both in English and in German.

  3. Fetch your Brand Design (required)
Include a link to your website in the dedicated box to help the AI Campaigns personalize the content of your Ad, extract your website logo, and make your Ad match your brand identity (i.e., color palette and typography).

  4. Pick the Ad Language (required)
Choose the language of your Ad and Heyflow funnel between German (default) and English.

  5. Select your Tone of Voice
Pick a Tone of voice from the dropdown menu. Here you can choose between 9 options ranging from Professional (default) to Humorous to Enthusiastic to Casual.

  6. Generate your Campaign
Click on ‘Generate campaign’ and you are good to go.

💡 Tip: Providing a more detailed prompt results in higher-quality AI-generated content.

⏳ Generating the campaign may take up to 1–2 minutes. Make sure you do not close your screen or click back in your browser while you are waiting.

Step 2: Editing Your Ad Campaign

Once your campaign is generated, you’ll see 5 ad variations in the left panel. Each ad includes a unique AI-generated ad image and ad copy.

Here you can:

  • Rename your campaign by clicking the edit icon next to Created.

  • Return to Campaigns Overview by clicking the Home icon.

  • Delete any Ad variant that you don’t want to push to Meta Image Ads. If you do not delete any variant, all 5 AI-generated variants will be pushed to Meta and used in your campaign.

  • Edit the Ad copy or Ad Creative of your ad.

If you are not entirely happy with the Ads, you have the possibility to edit the Ad copy as well as the Ad Creative as described in the following steps.

Step 3: Editing the Copy

You can edit the following sections of the Ad copy, which mirror the sections you see in Meta Image Ads, from the right panel on your screen:

  • Primary text: This is your main copy, that is, the text you see above the Ad image

  • Headline: This headline displays below the Ad image

  • Description: This is the line of text that appears beneath the Headline

All edits are reflected in real-time in the central preview panel.

❗ Note: The copy will be adjusted for all ratios of the specific ad.

Step 4: Editing the Creative

You might want to edit the Ad Creative with your own image or update the headline. As soon as you click on "Edit Creative", our built-in creative editor will open.

In the creative editor, you can customize many aspects of your ad, such as:

  • Adding a Call-to-Action (CTA) button

  • Editing text elements like the headline, or adding copy to highlight key benefits or the location

  • Reordering elements via drag-and-drop, or adjusting their layering (e.g., sending items to the back or bringing them forward)

  • Uploading your own images for a fully personalized look

💡 Please note: AI Campaigns relies on different image templates to generate Ad Creatives, and not every image template contains all the sections that are to be found under the Ad Creative dropdown.
