The table in the Agency Portal can be adjusted in multiple ways to optimize the level of information displayed. In this article, you'll learn about how to change or hide columns and how to change the table view for your users.

πŸ’¬ If you're stuck with any settings, please contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team via the chat bubble.

Columns and Fields

All fields are automatically added when flow responses are imported or a new response is sent. Also, a dropdown status field is added automatically to your view. There are multiple ways to modify the columns and fields.

❗ Please note: Do not change the system label in your heyflow as this will create a new column.

How to change the heading of a column

You may want to show a shorter heading of a column or completely rename the label to have a clearer overview. This is how it works:

  1. Click on "Portal Settings" in the upper left.

  2. Go to the tab "Fields".

  3. Select the heading you want to change, give it a new name and click on "Update" afterward.

How to hide a single column

To display only important information in the portal, you can hide irrelevant answer options in the table overview. This is how it works:

  1. Click on "Portal Settings" in the upper left.

  2. Go to the tab "Fields".

  3. Click on the toggle to deactivate a column and hide it from the table.

How can I change the stages in the dropdown

We'd be happy to customize these columns for you! Just contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team.

πŸ’¬ For additional columns, such as an open text or another drop down field, please also contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team.
