In the new Google Analytics 4, there have been some changes. Some of the metrics have changed and other metrics might not have been implemented (yet) – or have to be implemented by creating custom events. We advise you to still hold on to your Universal Google Analytics property and start getting familiar with the new Google Analytics 4.
Possibly, Google will fade-out support for Google Analytics Universal and focus on Google Analytics 4. We’re not sure when that will happen, but with Google Analytics 4 set up already, you’re good to go!
