A second interesting tab within the 'Behavior' category is the 'Behavior flow'. You can access this graph under Behavior > Behavior Flow.

Within the behavior flow, you can see the actual customer journey (the path a user takes) within your Clickflow. In addition, you can also see the drop-offs from a specific screen within your flow which lets you identify problematic screens to investigate.

Since Google Analytics defines the behavior flow for each session, it could happen that a later screen is recognized as a landing page when a user stops interacting with the flow for 30 minutes and then continues with an interaction.

Moreover, not only can you analyze the different screens, but also examine the users navigating through your Clickflow.
