Our frequently asked questions about the trial at Heyflow.

When you start your trial with Heyflow, you're one step closer to a successful user experience and generating meaningful leads for your business.

Here are some frequently asked questions about our trial period.


How do I sign up?

For signing up with Heyflow and starting your free trial, you can use this link. Alternatively, you can use the button Get started top right on our website.

Next, sign up with your Google account or simply use your business e-mail address.


How can I sign up without a business email?

If you do not have a business email, please contact us directly via [email protected] to help you get started with Heyflow.


Is the trial free of charge?

Yes, you can test Heyflow 14 days for free.


Do I need to add a payment method (credit card) to sign up?

No. When starting your trial, there’s no need to insert a payment method, and you can start testing right away. As soon as your trial ends and you want to start a paid subscription, you can enter your payment details.

How long is the trial?

The trial takes 14 days in total. If you need a little more time to test, please reach out via the chat or via [email protected].


Do I have to cancel the trial?

No, you don’t need to cancel while you’re in your trial. If you decide that you don’t want to use Heyflow, you don’t need to cancel. Your account will be cancelled automatically after two weeks.


Can I use all features in the trial?

For the time of your trial, you will be testing the feature set of our Pro plan. On top of that, you will be able to test our A/B testing feature. Check out the different features and pricing structure here.

Will my flows be saved after my free trial so I can access them at a later point?

If you sign up for a plan after your trial has ended, you will be able to see and continue editing the flows you have built during your trial.


However, your flows will automatically be deleted 28 days after your trial ends if you did not book a plan. If you want to ensure that we save your flows for a longer period of time after the trial ends, please reach out to [email protected].


What happens when the trial ends?

When the trial ends, you will not be able to access the app anymore, and you will be sent directly to the checkout page. This means that after your trial ends, you will also not be able to edit any of your flows anymore.
